Because the size of the penis is different than the size of our breasts. Guys will normally only be touching our breasts, so a handful is enough for some of them. The penis on the other hand, if it is only a handful, then it might be too small. Most women equate size with pleasure. The penis is not just something to touch with your hand or mouth...it is the male's sexual appliance where as our breasts do not act as an appliance in the sexual act itself. We all can have sex with or without the breasts, but for most, the penis has to be involved.
