my hair wont stay down?

can any body give me a goooood tip i am trying to tame my hair to
comb back i was with a shaved head for 8 years does that have anything to do with it i put murrays hair greass on it and it wont stay down i keep a sttocking cap on all night and it still dont stay down i need help plz

or hair glue?

Try Olive Oil Sheen Spray. It will keep it down and help with the damage.

use conditioner it might help.
