Open a can of tuna/ drain

boil 3 eggs/ peel , dice.

add mayo, relish, salt/ pepper,a touch of mustard .

Add this to whole grain bread.

Or, if you really like eggs~
boil 3 eggs, mixed w/ mayo add a leaf of lettuce to your bread and have a egg salad sandwich.

Open up a can of soup.

put butter on 2 slices of bread.. put one slice butter side down,, add a slice or hunks of cheese,,,put the other slice on top, and have a grill cheese.

If you are old enough to fry french fries...then~
heat up the oil,,stand back and throw in the potatoes if you have any.

Soup

frozen pizza

corndog

chicken nuggets..

But, the best thing to do is call for delivery!!!

1-800- I want Pizza.

Or
1-800 I want chinese

or
1- 800 - Give me a Burger..

These aren't really numbers..put delivery is the best!

I eat this for a quick lunch.

heat non oiled skillet to medium heat (5 on electric stove)
lightly butter, 2 tortillas
put one tortilla in skillet, butter side up
top with cheese
put other tortilla on top, butter side down
turn over once when slightly crispy (using a spatula)
slice like pizza (1/4s)
You can add jar jalapenos with cheese if ya want.

Try this, too:
butter 2 tortillas
put 1/2 cut up avacado on each tortilla
top with jack or provolone cheese ( or what you like)
broil on cookie sheet until cheese melts. stand there and watch. it only takes a minute.
Fold in half. EAT! I use tobasco on both recipies.

Don't forget to turn the skillet or broiler OFF!

Get some pork chops add salt and pepper. soak them in beaten egg. then cover with cereals and pan fry the thing.

Works best to me! Goes well with lots of sweet blend ketchup!
