yea i like for the guy to at least pay attention. but dont stare cuz i hate people that stare.

u dont have to have a staring contest. jus look in her eyes every now and then so it looks like ur payin attention and that u have interest in what she is saying and dont look at other girls when u r talkin to her thats rude.

yes, eye contact is important. but sometimes just to look away or something. girls will think of feel that you are staring. and they will feel unconfortable. don't concentrate too much to where to look at. just be yourself and be spontaneous. good luck

I like for him to look at me or at least in my general direction. If he has to look away for some reason and continues to look away, I like him to say "I'm still listening to you" just so I know he's still listening. My personal opinion is that it's more polite to look at her, focus on her face or nose or even focus on something around or past her if you're uncomfortable starring at her face.

first of all definently don't stare into her eyes .....unless you are going to kiss her, what you should do is just be yourself and don't constantly stare into her eyes, but it is kinda nice to look into her eyes occasionally
