Does chill and shiver means the same time?

Chill you feel something, shiver you do something.
As in " I FEEL a chill, it makes me SHIVER".

Chill describes temperature. Shiver is a verb and describes an act. You can "feel a chill" meaning a cool feeling. You really cannot "Have a chill". Shiver is the act of "feeling a chill".

A chill is when you feel cold. The body reacts to feeling cold by shivering, or shaking a little bit.

chill doesnt have any movement u can feel a chill not feel a shiver

shiver is when u shake to get warm

not really......" chill " is used to describe making something cold....

let me chill that soda for you.....or there is a chill in the air....

" shiver "...is a reaction to a chill......it's so chilly that I am shivering....or, the chilly air is making me shiver...
