Pretzels are low in fat and so is Salsa, (I make mine homemade fresh) and I don't know if you know this or not but do you notice if you ever go out to eat, you get a pickle with your meal alot of times, well that's because it is an appetite suppresant which means you aren't as hungry. So try those ideas out. Hope I could help!

Snack ideas -
Carrots w/ fat free ranch
Apples dipped in peanut butter
Flavored rice cakes

Lunch ideas -
Lean Cuisines
Salads (load up with tons of veggies)
Wraps instead of sandwiches

Dinner ideas -
Chicken (much better than beef)
Spaghetti
Eat a salad before dinner, fills you up a little bit, you'll eat less

Just hit your freezer isle for the lunches & dinners, healthy choice, weight watchers, lean pockets, lean cuisine, are the brands that i like. as for the snacks, pickles, raw vegi's, rice cakes, if you hit the isle in your supermarket that carries the diet items there's an entire line of snacks there, snackwells, most of them now will tell you 0 trans fats those are the ones to look for.
