Well it sounds like it is time to potty train..First you need to set a clock and every hour put him on the toilet until he goes then keep a journal of times so you can tell if he pees every hour or two hours etc. Then put him on the toilet according to those times. Also when you are at home put him in underwear (you don't have to put anything over the underware) the underwear feels different than the diaper and makes them a little more concous of what is going on. If he does remove his cloths put him on the toilet to go pee and if he already went on the floor scold him tell him that it goes in the toilet put him on the toilet then make him sit in time out. Next time he poops pick it up put it in his hand walk him to the toilet and make him throw it in, scold him and make him sit in time out. Another thing you can do is go to the store and let him pick out a bunch of cheep toys. Then tell him that he gets one every time he goes pee or poop in the toilet. Hang them from the shower rod or some where in the bathroom so he can see them and want them. When he crys for one say not till you go potty in the toilet. Ask him if he wants to try to go and when he really does go let him pick out a toy. This method truely works. I have seen the poop in the hand thing work in one try before. Don't let him get away with playing with his poop before you know it...it will be on the walls, furnature, and he will be playing with dog poop and any other poop he can get his hands on. There is nothing wrong with your son he is just ready for potty training and needs a little direction.

No, dont let him play with poo. Be an adult, your in charge.
If he is removing his diaper to go to the bathroom then it's past time to potty train him and put him in underware.
Do you play with your poo?

Since he already responds to his needs by removing his clothes beforehand, you should start working on potty-training with him.
Also, you shouldn't let him play with his poo. Feces are full of bacteria that could make him sick.

Toilet train him! My daughter took off all her clothes every time she had to pee, I started putting her on the potty and she was trained a couple of days later.

You can try putting his diaper on backwards so he can't undo the fasteners.
You can try pullups.
Put him in clothes that are hard for him to get out of.
Work on toilet training with him.
Let him know that poop is yucky and you don't touch it! Make a big deal about washing his hands.

he is giving you signs that he's ready to be potty trained. he is telling you he's ready without actually saying it. put him on the potty. try using pull ups with cool alert(those work or so i've heard). also try a rewards system with him. if he uses the potty really well give him a reward. good luck to you trying to train your son.
