The last 5 years have been really stressful for me, mutiple bereavements, divorce etc, but the last 12 months my hair seems to suddenly have thinned to half its substance and become really fragile (almost like candyfloss) my nails are really brittle too.
Is there any supplements I can take to help try and restore it to its former glory?

Biotin for hair. It is a B vitamin, Gelatin capsules for nails. I have been doing this and my nails are strong and long. My hair is healthier and I dont get split ends as much Try it. It really works. You could also ask your physician what is best for you. He/She may make recommendations based on your diet and lifestyle.

Try calcium for your nails,
and prenatal vitamins for your hair.

Takes a couple of weeks to notice a difference, but they do work.
