You need to switch to products that do not contain any silicone. Also, use a hair treatment containing Mayo, Eggs, and Olive Oil once a week. Keep the treatment in your hair for an hour. Also, buy some Olive Oily Sheen Spray and use a little bit of this when your hair is wet ane when it is completely dried. You will see the great results soon. Also, do not wash your hair everyday.

There are lots of products out there that help control the frizz and curl. The best thing you can remember is to put it is while your hair is wet, and you have to wash your hair and put stuff in every morning. I know its a pain, but hey its better than no hair...
If not just get it cut short, its easier to take care of and them you just run your fingers thru it in the morning
Just remember, most people pay lots of money to have curls.
Good Luck

there might want to be 2 subject matters as to why your hair is going poofy: i comprehend this may seem weird and wonderful to you because you're a guy yet it truly is my suggestion.. a million. the straightener you're utilising isn't any sturdy. if you're keen to make investments right into a severe high quality straightener that'll do any pastime, seem for CERAMIC flat irons. 2. use an anti frizz, cutting-part serum (you may go walmart or some thing and %. some thing...choose a female friend or ask someone there)

if you have money to spend, go get it straightened but if not, what i do is i find these hair creams that help straighten your hair and i apply it after washing it, not when your hair is still soaking but when it's still wet but not dripping, and at that point apply the cream, then brush straightly, tie the bottom tip of it, so it stays still in one place but it won't harm it because the hairs are still apart not like they are in a tight ponytail, bun or braid. yet again it depends on how curly your hair is though, the curlier the less it works but try it anyways, it works for me and i have quite curly hair.... hope this helps

I had the same problem. But i learned how to deal with it. I bought a hair straightner and a blow dryer. And stuff called Biosilk to put in it. So everyday I blow dry my hair then tie it up in sections and straighten it. It takes time but hey whatever works!! Good Luck.

Talk to your hairdresser about different straightening options. There are several different ones - the right cut, along w/ heat, chemical, hair goop stuff. They will be able to tell you what would be best for your hair type and walk you thru how to do it.

listen up, you don't really have those problems. why is it that girls with curly hair envy those with straight, and vice versa? try some conditioner which makes your hair more silky and apply a gel on your hair as it's wet yet - it will look less messy, it'll have less volume, it'll look moist and attractive. you look organic with your hair! straightening damages your hair!

you could get it permenantly straightened. or permed. or you could buy yourself some straighteners.
OR... you could just go the whole hog and shave yourself bald. that would save a lot of time and money every morning trying to fix the damn thing. I suggest you go bald.
