Is there "Proof" that God exists?

Please, do not post "You are proof that God exists", I was not created by your God.

That's it, there are birds and bees and rocks and trees..........so....... Evolution is a total crock and everything was made by the "Spirit in the Sky". And I'm the one that needs to "Grow up"............yeah right!

Creations of the mind cannot be proven. Many thousands of "Gods" have been worshipped through the ages. Each one was or is the only true one.
Some have been worshiped for many thousands of years, only to disappear into the history books.
" The great God RA whose shrines once covered acres is now only filler for crossword puzzle makers".

As for the proof you are looking for - that depends on what YOU are looking for. I mean - I can demand proof of electricity and someone tells me to turn on the light switch and look for it - I could be stupid, turn on the light and look the room over all day for evidence and not find it.

Do you see what I am getting at? The proof is right there in front of you - and you will not acknowledge it. Proof of God is in the trees, the plants, the grass, the flowers, the birds, the bees, the weather, the stars the sun and moon - and yes - EVEN YOURSELF!

So right now, you turned on the light switch and are looking around the room for proof of electricity. If you don't understand this - them I hope people don't speak in metaphor around you very much.., I would imagine it would get confusing.

Well first of all- you've got the Bible. Written since forever ago. God sent Jesus and I mean- you know He's Jesus because of all of the miracles he performed. But the real proof you can only experience once you get to know Him; invite him into your heart and soul. Then you actually FEEL him. He is a spirit, but when we die, it's believing in Him that will determine weather you go to Heaven or Hell. There are countless miracles every day from God. Go onto a miracle sight and read all of the stories. Some have heard God speak to them. Some hear him deep within their soul (like I do) Some have had contact with Him. He is here every day- non believers eyes are closed, however, and they don't have the privelage of feeling his love deep inside. I wish you the best luck on getting your questions answered. Sometimes our question arent' meant to be answered though. You just gotta trust that He's there. Trust that and one day you'll finally be able to SEE all of your questions answered in Heaven. Is there "proof" that I exist? Read Hume. You function constantly with effective certainty about things you could never demonstrate. "Proof" is overrated. You should ask, "Is theism rational? Is atheism rational? What are the consequences and characteristics of each? Which, holistically speaking, offers the more coherent account of the full range of human experience?" And you should be willing to exert yourself in study for the sake of answering those questions. If you don't crack your head on some heavy texts, you're nothing but a worthless poseur.

What kind of proof do you require. I will go out on a limb on this one and presume you might be sincere though I doubt it. Go to the window, look outside. What do you see? Is it not what you were asking for? God does exist and He does not have to prove Himself to anyone. He was before you were and will be when you are gone. He is more real than you are and is His own proof. You have asked for a proof. God has given it. Now it is on you to decide if you wish to live the way you are now or to know true happiness as only God can provide.

You can't actually prove God by using the Scientific Method, but check out this book that I read about in Time: The Language of God: A Scientist Presents Evidence for Belief (Free Press; 304 pages). The author is Francis Collins, and he is an Evangelical Christian (who believes in Evolution). I plan on getting it for myself. It should offer some insight in to how the scientific community deals with this issue.

God is that which cannot be understood. God cannot be defined. However, there are multiple proofs of a living creator since science did not make the sun..just one example. Science clearly states that wherever there's a beginning, there is a maker; unless our universe has been there forever, there has to be a maker..or creator. The problem is...Is the creator of the universe the same being we call God? Only you can answer this question.

The universe is so complex that there has to be some type of super natural force behind it to function as it does. Every single atom is perfectly in aliened with each other to function properly. You can not tell me that everything in the known universe happened randomly with out cause. Just like if you were to make a choice you would first have to have a desire to do so. For everything in the universe has it's place, and it's opposite.
Thing of the balance of things, to everything that exists there is an opposite. Man/ woman, black /white, Land/sea, and so on.
So if we are mortal and can die there most be someone who is the opposite of that, and that would be God.

Every 'missing link' of ape to man has failed.. Darwin said we will be tripping over millions of missing links of all living things.. 15O years later? Where are they? Every "theory" of matter evolving from nothing and life evolving then from matter is proven wrong by the natural laws.. and also the opposing revolutions of planets (and their moons, some having moons revolving oppositely).. our solar system of planets did not originate from the sun, for instance, not being of the same substances.. Nothing and nothingness exploded into the miracle of life..? People have a grudge against God(who overcame the grave) for 2 reasons, the mistranslation of 'hell' rather than what it is - "grave" and the nature of free-will, the offshoot of thinking ability..

most famously some certain bee has wings that r so small in comparison to the bees body they shouldnt be able to allow the bee to fly....yet the bee can fly hows that

if u look around theres loads of questions that science cnt xplain n god is the answer to all these questions
