Rowdy Rub

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon marjoram
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1-1/2 tablespoons fresh cracked peppercorns

Preparation:

Place all in a spice grinder and pulse a few times to blend thoroughly. Store like all spices, in a tightly sealed jar away from heat and light
