sure you can I am deaf but I can dance to music- I really mean dance- ballroom, hip hop, jazz, salsa, rumba, tango, freestyle and more. If you limit yourself then you won't do what you can, but if you think of the possibilites then you would be surprised what you can do.

You could make one, but I don't know if it would be any good. As a blind person, your appreciation for color would likely be off. If you became blind later in life, however, it'd be possible to use your tactile sense to use the paints, which are labled by someone else in brail, and create visuals in an attempt to express yourself to the rest of the world. You might have difficulty staying within the lines doing it all by sense of touch, but you'd probably have an amazing detail to artistic texture... I've got to say, it's something that would likely be truly marveled as art... if you had any actual talent.

If you want to paint a Master Piece, by being blind all you have to do is to paint what you see. Don't forget to sign it.

If you were blind, you could make a painting like Jackon Pollock's paintings.

you wouldnt need help you could do it alone. you use your inner eye to see and you feel your way along. they have a system for doing things look it up
