It depends... There can be no difference on the scale, but a difference in your pants. You can lose excess fat and gain muscle mass. Its different for every person.

Depends on your biomass index, do a search, on line under biomass index, may be you do not need to loose a size.

Losing weight is not hard keeping there takes life style change.

Any weight you lose by dieting (easy method) , comes back plus some without life style change(e.g.. your weight is 120Lbs, one size lower is say 100Lbs, dieting will allow you to achieve it in 3 month or so but without life style change you will be at the least 125Lbs in next 3 to 6 months even faster).

This cycle once starts, it is then very hard to stop. My weight was 167Lbs, it went to 225Lbs over 30yrs.,now it is 220Lbs some day I am hoping to get to 167 Lbs again, loosing about 1/2 Lbs per wk. Hope I can do it.

Size are not engraved in granite. you can be looking at vanity size, at one time I was able to buy clothing by size and never have to return it, but to-day I have to try it out, same size my fit or not fit. For example made in China or made in Japan, size 10 may be American size 8, add to that American vanity size and you have all kind of fitting problem.

Good luck.

I think that varies by body size but, if you are thinking of losing weight you should do it the healthy way. Exercise and Eat right, you will find yourself not only losing more weight than expected, you will feel better too. Try to read the seventeen magazine health tips.

It depends on your body size and muscle mass (if you gain weight in muscle, you can still lose a size), but in general you will lose a size for every ten pounds you lose.

It reeally depends on how big you are, and what size. I'm a size 33'' waist, I hope to drop to about 31''. My goal is ten or more lbs. Hope this helps!

It depends on how big you are now, if you are severly over weight, it could be as much as 50 pounds, if you are little, it could be 5 or 10.....and also, sometimes the weight shifts, boobs get smaller but butt gets bigger....depends on the person;

It depends on your height and weight. You could be able to drop inches on your waist hips and thighs but it might not effect your weight.
