Hey,My cousin where all them wild hair colors, judging by your avatar I would say that you are black. Our hair is a little different when it comes to dying and perming. You need to strip your hair color be careful because this will cause your hair to break with any dye it's good to use a conditioner with almonds. Then you will need to by the color as close to the color you want and dye your hair that color, keep conditioning your hair because it's a two step thing like I said depending on your hair color, you need to go to the store and ask for congnac yes like the drink and by a booster, the booster will enhance the color to it's fullest. And then you want to buythe brightest red that you can find usally when you go to the hair store they have the fake hair glued on the stand so you can choose the color and buy that one and put a booster in that. You should really go to salon although I know it's expensive because this is a 2week process depending on the strenth of your hair. Some will even tell you it can be a 2month process because to many chemicals at one time will burn your hair and cause it to break.Goodluck!

I use Goldwel's RV highlights(RV stands for red violet). Goldwel has other shades of red as well, their haighlight colors are very bright. & the cool part is once the color begins to fade you just put in the color renue & your highlights are back without having to actually redo them.
The only problem is you can only get Goldwel products at a professional beauty supply store
