I was wondering how much in the life we can be free to do what ever we want and how we want ?

You make choices and then must live for those choices. But you must be free to make those choices good or bad. You are free to make any choice you want. The consequences will come, it's up to you to determine what those consequence might be. You better have the best ability to think clearly as you can, or you might end up exactly in the wrong place. The ability and habit to reason will set you free.

Being free in you chose it is a main point of your lives I guess but the trick how we use this freedom reactive way or proactive I mean just stepping back before we go to reaction and seeing big wider picture than not seeing past our noses.

None of us is completely free to do whatever we want. We all have to live in a society. The conventions and taboos of that society will restrict what we may freely do as breaking those taboos will often result in harsh penalties including losing our illusion of freedom.

in the usa you are free, as long as you harm none nor yourself.doing it.

as long as you don't break any laws, you can do what you want! it may not be moral or ethical but if it isn't illegal, it's open season to do as you please. i wish some people were a bit more god fearing as they are afraid of the law!!
