Both equally healthy. Try the big shredded wheat with two in a bowl. Run hot water over them and squeeze the hot water out and then put milk and sugar on it. YUM!!!!

I dont think either would be healthier than the other because they are the same apart from the bite size ones are just a mini version of the original.

Both of them might be harmful.
It is perhaps like the "Tea Story".
Scientists say that Tea is harmful because of its "Caffeine".
Then there is another sort of Tea which is
"Decaffeinated".
You know how they Decaffeinate it?
They add some other chemical substances to neutralise it, and those chemicals might be more harmful than a Normal Tea which contains the Caffeine!!!

There's no big difference, except you don't get very many of the normal ones, and you get a lot more of the bite size. So you might feel fuller. :)

I like bite size. They are more stuck together so you can just pop 'em in your mouth. Yum Yum. No health difference as long as they're not frosted.
