That he has had feelings for me since the first time he saw me. Every time I saw him he kept throwing hints at me. Well at that time I didn't give in. And finally I did, and nothing happened. What the he** was that all about? I need understanding. Shoul I call him to see if he wants to persue anything or just leave it alone.? I think I scared him off by giving in, but that just doesn't make any sense.

Ok fist of all, you didn't "scare hm off" and the reason that it doesn't make sense is because you don't understand an insecure guys manner. You are obviously very attractive; that is why he "had feelings for you from the first time he saw you". All guys are visually oriented. The throwing hints is just part of his game. He is still in control while throwing thes hints. The danger, for him, comes in when you respond to his invitation he immediatly retracts into his insecurity. He is afraid of being discovered as the incomplete, insecure, timid, unknowing person that he thinks he is. He just wants to maintain his cover and play his game.
An important quesiton for you is: what is it about such a person as this that attracts you? You are much more worthy of someone who will treasure you and care about you!
