searchbug.com, whitepages.com, any other directory, do a reverse search meaning you can get a phone from an address or an address from a phone. Of course, the phone or address would have to be listed, if they are not listed its a different story. Those are free, there are other sites like Accurint where you have to pay and fill certain requirements and with a social security number you can get phones and addresses or the reverse. Detectives use those data bases, detectives, bounty hunters, insurance companies, collection companies, credit investigators, etc.
