How sweet!! 3 months is a long time to go without kissing, but you all must really have something special that isn't physical yet, that's good, and keep it that way. Don't have sex! If he's a good kisser, you'll want to, but please, don't go and ruin everything by having sex with this guy. It comes natural, it really does. You'll be fine. Don't stress about it, it will make it all wierd.

And about that first kiss..BE ABOUT IT, DONT TALK ABOUT IT.

you need to agree with him, and kiss! you have been dating for 3 months, it's about time. when your together, and just sitting, cuddeling, etc get close, and hopefully he will make the move, but if you think he won't just go in for it. you know he wants it, and he will be blown away and impressed by your confidence to finally kiss him. hope this helps!! good luck
