Wow. DUI and Commerical is worse than DUI and Auto. I would suggest Progressive or AIG will might be reasonable for ya.

you may want to check status on your license from your dui. It states clearly upon conviction of a dui offense, your cdl (required to operate commercial motor vehicle) will be suspended for a period of 1 year.
