It CAN be done, and it is IS being done.
There is a woman out there in the great porn world called Ty, and she has videos for sale showing a man entering her urethra- she is a "stretching" specialist.
But that is the extreme. Howwever, urethral masturbation is fairly common in women and used to be even more so in French society around the turn of the century. The preferred instrument was some sort of knitting needle.
Today, this has evolved into urethral electrosex, where a very soft, but conductive catheter is introduced into the (male or female) urethra. The circuit is completed with the other electrode being placed somewhere on the vulva, skin, or elsewhere. The electric current is provided by battery-powered generator like a TENS device. It is said to produce the most intense orgasms known.
A word of caution here- ANY object introduced into the urethra MUST be sterile. And women have to be extra careful to wash the outer tissues very well first, otherwise that's asking for a nasty bladder infection.
Needless to say, a good lubricant is a must, and that too must be sterile.(KY jelly).

I'm a nurse and i have catheterised men before (with that you use a lube and the tube cant puncture you) so don't be sticking strange stuff up there it is dangerous and yes you could also get a uti

No, But i did try and many times to eat soup with a spoon, especially if a soup is thick (you can thicken the soup effectively by adding some flour). It takes more time, so I enjoy it longer
