Try T-Gel by Neutrogena. The coal tar in the shampoo works wonders. Though if you don't like the smell, you might want to shampoo again with your regular shampoo to cover it up.

This a tip I was given by a hairdresser. Rub baby oil into you scalp and leave on overnight and them shampoo off in the morning. Make sure that you are rinsing your hair properly as this can give you dry soap on your scalp that looks like dandruff.

Egg yolk left on the hair for 20 minutes and then washed off with warm water and then the hair rinsed in lemon. Take vitamin C supplement as well and use a good shampoo.

Try some of brands mentioned for anti-dandruff. I think it could be stress related if not our hormonal effect.
Relaxation may helped. If I'm on holidays, I usually dun see it..

TRY HEAD AND SHOULDERS, BUT ALSO USE IT EVERY OTHER DAY SOMETIMES DANDRUFF SHAMPOOS CAN DRY YOU AND AND SCALP. YOU CAN ALSO USE SEA-BREEZE ON YOUR SCALP WHICH ALSO HELPS TO MINIMIZE DRY SCALP, SEA-BREEZE IS AN ASTRINGENT(YOUR SCALP IS SKIN TOO.) BUT IF YOU HAVE PERSISTENT DANDRUFF IT MAY BEE A SIGN OF DERMATITIS SO GO TO A DERMATOLOGIST IF IT SEEMS TO NOT BE GETTING BETTER. GOOD LUCK
