This happens a lot with Astral travellers, especially those who are going thru a learning process of some kind. It's nothing to worry about, and it's a good idea to keep a journal of these dreams.

I do it all the time, I like it too. I go to sleep and think about the dream while i'm falling asleep and before you know it, your right where you left off, it's cool, I mean if you want to continue it. Sometimes your in the middle of a really good dream and something wakes you up, Hate it. Try it though , it has always worked for me! And you can do it from the night before!

Yeah, sometimes. You can train yourself to increase the chances of continuing. One trick is, that when you wake up, don't move or change your position. If you move, then that will change your dream. Keep your same position and try to only think about where you were in your dream when you woke up.

I have dreamt about the same thing before.
It would come back after months of not dreaming about it.
There have also been times when I will dream and then fall asleep and continue where I left off.
If I dream about the same thing sometimes the dream willl go farther and farther each time .

Yes I have plenty of dreams which keep repeating. All those dreams were so real that I feel the effect when I wake up.

Yes, everyone does. Unfortunately, the dreams you would like to have continued rarely do. Only the nasty ones go on, and on, and.......

I dream that my alarm clock goes off and I get up, start showering, dressing, whatever...then my alarm clock goes off and I get up and start showering, dressing, whatever, then my alarm clock goes off for real! It's happened 4 times in a row already.
