We are all slaves to something; we all sacrifice or have a price exacted from us for everthing in life. What will you pay?
Slaves to righteousness or to sinful nature?
Liberty or security?
Dignity or victimhood?
Integrity or relativism?
Life or Law (legalism)?
EVERY DAY, EVERY ONE OF US CHOOSES IN EVERY RELATIONSHIP, INCIDENT, ACTION, REACTION, THOUGHT, FEELING, ETC.
"I set before you this day, a blessing and a curse. Choose the blessing that you may live!"
"For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through our Lord Jesus Christ."

It doesn't profit a man anything to gain the whole world, he who seeketh after riches the same is where his heart is.
A man can only give his will to God in exchange for his soul.

How can you lose something that doesn't exist? The soul is an imaginary concept invented by people who wish to deny the obvious fact that death is the end. It's wishful thinking, nothing more.

According to The Simpsons, if you lose your soul, automatic doors won't open for you.
However, if you own the whole world, you can hire someone else to open your doors, so I wouldn't think it would be an issue.
