Hair loss can be the result of poor diet or stress. It may also be cause by an autoimmune disease called alopecia. I have included some information on it for you. You may also consider going to a doctor to rule out any disease. In any case you should see a doctor, if it's stress or diet they can give you tips on how to heal your self and figure out why you may have lost you hair. Good luck.

Go to the doctor and have them test your thyroid gland. If the hormone levels are off you can experience hair loss. Also stress and vitamin deficiency cause hair loss so...
take time to relax each day and make sure you have a nutritionally balanced diet.
