See a doctor, and a lawyer!

You have post-accident trauma; usually when an accident occurs, your body chemistry alters immediately - it's the flight or fight reasoning. You're body wasn't prepared for the accident and when it occurred, it immediatly went into a defensive mode; your muscles tightened, your heart beat increased, your blood vessels constricted, etc etc.

When this occurs, coupled with the shock and the actual movement of your body upon impact, it sends a wave of energy through you, much like a pebble dropped in some water.

Unfortunately, because of the tension, your body may not begin to feel the pain till after the accident; this occurs a lot and many times, although someone is not injured, it's exploited frequently; thus the mid-day television commercials by lawyers who want to be your friend.

Your insurance company AND the other persons insurance company should be contacting you shortly; one of the things they will ask you is whether or not you were injured or if you are in any pain.

You need to tell them yes, so that they can tell you to go to a doctor - your insurance will cover it.

Go see a doctor and/or chiropracter.

It's probably just muscle stiffness from the wreck, but you should absolutely go see a doctor if you have any kind of pain after a car accident. They need to make sure it's not serious, and will probably x-ray your neck. And another reason you need to go today is so you'll have it on an official record that you had an injury - the insurance companies won't take it seriously unless you saw a doctor.

Don't take a nap. Sleep is the worst thing for a concussion which you might have. You need to see a doctor. You might have whiplash or a concussion. Do not sleep until you see a doctor.
Go now.

Yes you should be in the ER right now. The same thing happened to my boyfriend and a friend. They were both in a different car accident, both weren't their fault because they were parked. They assume that they were fine and didn't want to go to the hospital, at the end of the day, their head were killing them!

go home and get some rest, I was in a minor car wreck and hit my head on my window. My neck, shoulders, and back got really stiff, too. I skipped work a few days and basically stayed in bed. It took several months of chiropractic visits, but I'm better now.

Go to the doctor! You have whiplash and and maybe a concussion, they know how to treat it. Don't mess with your health!
Last year, I fell down a small slope and thought I just sprained my ankle. When I got to the hospital, they found out that I had fractured my ankle bone, my ankle and the middle of my foot! Go and get checked!

You NEED to see a doctor ASAP. Especially if the pain is worsening. More so if you have nausea or have vomited or have vision disturbances. It could be a mild concussion, but it could be much, much, worse. (i.e. a brain bleed.) Head injuries are NOT to be messed with!!

You probably have whiplash. Even whiplash can cause concusions because your brain slams into the front of your head and then hits the back when you hit your head of the seat, even if it was only lightly. Go see a doctor.

after hitting hard, i suggest seeing a doctor as soon as possible. Because it might be minor but it might get serious. so Safety first! Check it out from a doctor now is better than checking it out when its too late.

GO SEE A DOCTOR!!!

You never know, you could have damages something in your neck, head or back.

Plus if they find anything wrong with you, you could sue the other person for money, lol.
