all of my friends tell me its the best, but none of them have ever been there themselves. They all read the reviews about it, but none of us can find it. They say that the only way in is to surrender yourself to the will of the owner, and give up something you really love. What I'm wondering is this, if they haven't been there how do they know it's so great? I mean, what if it's a Sushi Bar, I don't like Sushi, so why would I want to go there? They keep telling me I have to believe that it's great or it won't be, but I don't know, it sounds like a scam to me. What do you think?

None of them have ever been there? I've been there, and even if Sushi is your favorite food, it's way better than that. The only thing is, it's way to easy to work yourself back out onto the street outside of the club, so you have to rely on others to keep you dancing, and you need to keep in constant contact with the owner, because he's always there for you.

I think this is satire, that's what I think.

Ignoring that, if you've already decided that you don't like sushi, then if you go, it'll suck. So unless you're able to think "Hey, the sushi might be awesome" there's no point to going. You can't just force yourself to believe it's the best thing ever, it has to happen naturally. And if someone tries to force you to join the club, you just tell them "I don't feel the same way, perhaps you'll just have to give me time without me being BADGERED BY YOU DAMNED MARKETING PROFESSIONALS!"

It's a scam. Once you get in you'll only see a bunch of people who are secretly laughing at everyone outside.

O_O

Interesting. Very interesting. I'd say it's a bunch of people who don't know what they are doing, and a scam.

Exclusive clubs are overrated .............if you really want to find out , bring a leather jacket or something you dont care about , and tell them you absolutely adore it . Then see what all the buzz is about .............

Cheers !

I wouldn't join anything I had to give up without knowing what I get in return.

Dude dont be a follower....if you go OK and if you dont OK....if you think its dumb OK....so what? Is it REALLY going to make a HUGE difference if you go or not? Like i mean will you die of hunger if you dont go? You make it sound like its MANDATORY for you to go to this new club.
