Some pple just have that problem. It can be hereditary.
Has she tried any products that make your hair appear thicker? She should go to her salon and ask them for advice. They should be able to tell her what she needs to do or whom she can go to for help. Good luck to her. A lot of a woman's vanity is her hair.

It is something she is not doing right , or she can just be going through a hair loss dilemma. She will probably need some Rogaine. She should see a doctor, a dermatologists, as soon as possible. I think she is suffering from that, and it could be hereditary, men aren't the only ones to lose hair. See a doctor asap. Good luck. If you can't get to a doctor, or you insurance won't cover it, or you whatever your situation is. There are over the counter products that she can buy, that is for hair loss in women. They do have Rogaine over the counter and other products. She can go into a store where there is a Pharmacists and he or she will be able to help out, the are very helpful and informal. They know all about medicine, and what it's used for so take advantage of it.

She should see a doctor. If she's started taking a new medication that may have had an affect on her hair, she could possibly have alopicia ariata(hair loss in patches), or it can be a number of other things. She should consult a doctor to find out what's causing the problem.

Have her try a baby shampoo, maybe she has sensitive scalp tissue and follow this with a mild air conditioner. If she still has the problem, then just have her use air conditioner alone on her hair..and rinse off. Some people I know stop using shampoos and use just air conditioners. It could also be your water. Most people however believe just like your hands have allergies to soap, your scalp can react the same way.

I'm sorry to hear that. I know that she can't be handling that very well. At 26, I lost most of mine due to stress, could that be what she's going through? With relaxation on her part & proper treatment for the hair, it can grow back. Check to make sure that it's not health related, or any medication that she may be taking. Severe hair loss can be a symptom for Systemic Lupus Eryethamatosis (an autoimmune disease). Also called Lupus or SLE. She should see a doctor to rule out anything serious.

sometimes this can be caused by stress. I had a friend lose all of her hair and it grew back like a year later. Another idea, alopecia could also be a culprit...Its an autoimmune disease. Here's is some information on it. I would get her to a doctor to rule out any disease. Good luck.

Have her see a doctor; she may be experiencing Alopecia, a disorder that causes hair loss. Or, it could be a lack of vitamin B. But a Doctor should be consulted. Betty, I've used Pantene for 13 years and haven't lost my hair.
