The only way you can find out is by finding out who his parents are, when they were born etc, how many puppies in the litter, and tracking back. You can usually do this by contacting the person who sold you the puppy, they should be quite willing to give you the information if your isnt interbred. I would worry if they seem unkeen to do so. Also if your puppy is pedigree, track his parentage through the kennel club if he is kennel club rejestered. That would have all the information you need to know.

All pedigree dogs are interbred, its how the breeds were developed in the first placed. Inbreeding is still used today to develop certain characteristics; its got a bad name now and any dog with a physical health problem is described as in bred.
You need to get your dogs full pedigree, if you're not sure how to read it, you're looking for the same name or family appearing over several generations, or several times on the same certificate.
If your dog has no serious health problems, don't worry about it.

Since there's NO SUCH THING...duh...who knows? OR CARES? If it's a stray/ MUTT,you'll never know it's breeding AT ALL.
If it's a purebred..read the blanking PEDIGREE!!!
*IF* you mean"inbred",So WHAT? That's how you LOCK IN desired TRAITS!
And,who cares? You falling for someAR/peta foolish propaganda?
Doesn't mean a THING!to anybody who isn't STUDYING pedigrees.

i assume you mean that he is not a pedigree, thats easy he wont be a pedigree dog with a certificate. if you mean inbred as in his dad and bother are the same dog kind of way, he might have physical or mental problems. if he hasnt why does it matter any way.

if he is kennal club registered contact them and buy a full generation pedigree they will list all his family way back to 5 generations it only costs 6 pounds if he is not a pedigree you will only be able to find out if you do alot of detective work to find out who his parents were and there parents ect which probably wont even work, but any way
good luck
