Ok, first this is really sad. Did you not have any prenatal care?? If so they more likely than not would have known you were having 3 babies. If not then why did you not have prenatal care, those poor babies. Also, you seriously aren't/weren't considering leaving a tiny baby/babies alone while you go to work??? Babies should not be left alone, there are lot's of what if's that come into play on that one. My personal opinion is find a sitter or friend to watch the kids for a couple of hours while you work or seriously consider adoption. Also, legally you SHOULD get maternity leave of 6 weeks, if you've been at the job for at least a year. Check into Family Medical leave act too. Good luck & remember if you cannot care properly for the children PLEASE let someone who can do it.

Wow. congrats on triplets. Since they are only a week old, they will eventually be on a schedule and eating at the same time. As hard as that sounds. Since you only had them a week ago, I think you should rest for a while before continuing to work. If that is possible. I don't know what type of job you have. Can you split up the two hours? Because of them being so little, they might want to eat a different times. Your neighbors might want to help you instead of complaining. Good luck with them and I hope it will all work out. Umm, I hope I understood this and that you we're not leaving them at home by themselves. I took the question as you worked at home and was leaving them in another room. But looking at all the responses, I have to ask, are you leaving them home, because if you are, you will loose the babies. That is child neglect. Please be smart and use your head. Hire a babysitter.

Well for one you never leave a child alone!
There are to many death reports from people saying but I was only gone for a second!
If you are findin it to much to handle then maybe you should think of either adoption or a live in Nanny or someone to come over just for the couple of hours to be with your kids.
I do hope that you don't consider leaving them alone because if you do then they will be taken away from you, which I must say would be the best thing to happen.

Leave the baby? You mean you were planning to walk out of the house on an infant (let alone 3 infants) for 2 hours, leaving the baby alone?
If this is what you meant (it's what you typed), then you are unfit to be a parent and I suggest you give those beautiful children up for adoption immediately.

Ok you should NEVER EVER leave any child no matter the age alone unless they are old enough to care for themselves a few hours like at age 16. I think you should give them babies up for adoption because at least they will have a parent or parents that are smart enough to know better than to leave babies alone. Good grief, you really arent too bright are you?

Talk to your parents. Don't give up! They may want to help you! Do they know about the triplets? Go home to your parents, get a job there where they can support/help you (mentally, emotionally, physically, maybe financially) or even an extended family member can help you out. Triplets are a special thing....try asking for help from family. Even if it's just watching them for a couple of hours in the day..don't give up!! It can be done. I had twins unexpectedly! good luck!

I'm going to go ahead and agree with most of the people here. What the f**k kind of person are you if you are planning on leaving a baby alone. Are you retarded or something? You need to give those babies up for adoption IMMEDIATELY!! You are unfit to be a parent. Someone should report you to your local authorities! Hopefully none of the babies get hurt or die having to deal with you as a parent. Wow!

You should NEVER leave a young child alone, no matter how many of them there are. It is not safe! They could be abducted. They could throw up and choke on their own vomit. They could sit in their own filth for 2 hours while you work. The house could burn down. There are WAAAaaayyyyyy too many things that could go wrong. NEVER EVER EVER leave a baby alone!
Can you afford childcare?
Can you arrange for a neighbor to watch them if it's only 2 hours?
Can you take them to work with you? (Or take one to work and leave 2 with a neighbor or sitter?)
If you leave them alone, the state can take them from you.
Where is there father?????? Can't he help?
If there are no relatives nearby and no one else to help...can you move back closer to your family?

If you leave those newborn babies alone that is neglect and that is abuse. If you are even considering leaving those babies alone for let alone 1 minute you are an unfit mother. Maybe you should consider an open adoption- you need to grow up and learn how to be a mother. Parenthood is real not for play,
