You are automatically guilty of an offence and get the maximum you would get for drink driving. There is basically no defence you can offer once it gets to court.
Better to take the test and hope for a good result!

A cop has the right to trample on your rights. If they wanted to they could easily lie and say they found drugs, a gun or some ish. Once you get to court the judge will always side with the pig, regardless. It's like they are wife swappers or maybe gay partners.
If you refuse to take a breathalyzer test, they will basically assume you are drunk and consider you guilty. Never refuse a test especially if you are not drunk. It is more pain then it is worth.

You can but they will impound your car and take you to jail anyway because they assume if your refusing it you are refusing it for a reason. They can only do so though if they find and empty or open container and they smell it on you or in car.

don't drink & drive and pass the test.....you can refuse anything you want to, but the consequences will be worse.
