we will diagnose each problem in turn

1)firstly there are marked differences between viruses and spyware ...viruses attack your p.c and then spread, disabling system programs and finally halting your system, were as spyware installs itself in various forms (toolbar, program, browser ect)and tracks your information,i.e one spyware..keylogger will install itself on your p.c and when you type your credit card in a unsecure page(you should allways make sure you use ssl=secure socket layer when you shop online, you will know this by a yellow padlock in the bottom right of your screen, also make sure its at least 128bit ssl)your info will appear on a keyloggers p.c in another location,
as for the trojan backdoor breplibot virus(its a virus, not spyware),you should first go to http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/,and use the "stinger"this will clean all of the most nastiest viruses out there, then after that you should go to http://www.eset.com/download/index.php,and download nod32 anti-virus(trial version),this is well known as the best anti-virus software avalible,if you have a virus, you can bet nod32 can clean it,as it gets wind of all the "in the wild viruses"quicker than any other company(norton, macafee, grisoft)
i was,nt suprised spy-bot didnt clean it as it was not spyware but for a brilliant spyware scanner you cant go far wrong than to use ewido(avalible from http://www.ewido.net/en/),this is probally the best anti-spy program at the moment and can be installed with spy-bot for added protection
as nod32 is a trial program if you cant afford to subscribe to it,then a excellent free alternative is avast anti-virus avalible from http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html,this is the best free anti-virus program avalible and has these features
1.7 real-time scanners
2.regular updates(auto)
3.downloadable skins
4.talking interface, will let you know verbally when a update is found, and will inform you when a virus is found while scanning
5.scans "archive files"such as ,zip files
6.scans memory on start up
7.virus recovery database
avg is another free anti-virus but i find it throws up too many "false posotives",these are viruses that are detected that dont exist
i fix many peoples p.c,s and i recommend this selection of security software for optimal protection
1.anti-virus...avast(free)
nod 32 (pay version)
2.anti-spyware...spybot (free)
adaware personal (free)
ewido (free)
windows defender(free)
3.firewall ...........zone-alarm (free)
you can download these programs using the following links......spybot..http://www.safer-networking.org/.......adaware...http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/.......ewido....http://www.ewido.net/en/........windows defender......http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx...........avast anti-virus......http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html.........zone-alarm.......http://www.zonelabs.com/store/application?namespace=zls_catalog&origin=global.jsp&event=link.catalogHome&dc=12bms&ctry=GB&lang=en&lid=nav_ho.........a.v.g anti-virus......http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/2/
i am using all of these anti-spyware programs at the moment and my p.c is pretty much spyware free,as for the anti-virus ,i use nod32 but my wife uses avast and has only had 1 virus in 2 years using it....enough said
if you have any problems with inyernet or system security,or using any of this software, contact me or send a message to my yahoo 360 page
good luck

you need to clean out your registry. run your virus protection and spyware one more time. then run a registry cleaner like tweaknow off of cnet.com when you are done with those then run a disk cleanup and disk defragmenter and make sure she deletes all temporary internet files and cookies when she does the disk cleanup. the registry cleaner will catch the hot keys associated with the trojan. you can also go to microsoft.com and download the malicious software removal tool which is meant to catch that stuff after it is there. mcafee and norton only prevent it they dont get rid of it if it is already there. good luck
