Here is what works for me....lay down and take a quick nap. When you wake up, it is like starting over again. Take some Tylenol; it helps to relax, but don't drink alcohol or do any other illegal drug or hardcore relaxer. Realize that life has it's ups and downs...and tomorrow will be better. Pray and give the whole day over to Jesus...it will make you feel lighter without the burden.

Don't over eat! In fact...maybe a little music and some light dancing in your living room. Also, smile. The actual act of smiling releases happy hormones in your body...good luck....God Loves YOU!

Take it from me Dude. Take a shower or have bath in a tub until you wrinkle. Wear you most favorite cologne and wear a satin or cotton. You would suddenly feel the relief from tension you have just been through. You may opt to rest you back in a chair with a glass of drink of your own choice. You may either listen to your favorite songs or log on to Discovery Channel. It helps to refocus your mind instead of freaking up.

Have a stiff drink, sit outside and look up into the sky, listen to some soothing music...you can do all or just one of those things.

I had a bad day yesterday, just remember, tomorrow will be better.

If you want to get over it, post exactly what happened to you and you'll get a hundred replies from people who had a *way* worse day than you did. It'll make you feel a hundred times better...
