Try soap crayons and letting your kids color on themselves and the bathroom (just rinses right off). Also, letting kids pick the order they go for baths and whether to take a bath or a shower makes them more willing to go. Try bath toys, water guns, dessert after bathtime (bribery works better than anything else), and listening to fun music while they're bathing. Blowing bubbles just seems to thrill younger children, too, and bubble solution is easy to make with liquid soap and water. Good luck! :)

Make sure it is a time of day when they are not to tired or wired. If you wait until right before bed, you will not have the most willing participants. The thing the kids like least is the actual washing. Use a bath soap that is mild, that you can put in the water so when they are done playing, most everything is clean except from the neck up. We make a game out of hair washing. Make different shapes with their hair while it is soaped up. For the little one, we learn to count how many cups of water it takes to rinse. Let the ones that are a little older put on their own hair care products or play beauty shop when they are done. I guess what I am trying to say, is sneak up on them!!!

I think Crayola makes a crayon that you use in the bath tub to write on the tub and the walls. I only have 2 children and I have found that it is much easier to bath them seperately.

with the heat, hose them down in the back yard. you may want them to wear undies if you do this with them together and they are at the age where they will ask questions. give them a bar of soap and make a contest of who can lather up the soonest and get the cleanest, then hose them down again. same with shampoo. use the kids tear free shampoo that way there are no accidents.
if you are bathing babies, you could put them in the bathtub belly up with water (stay and watch them) put rubber ducky or squishy toy for them to play with. it will be funny just to see them splash the water.

My mother used to buy me small inflatable pool toys for bath time. And I used to have soap crayons to write on the walls with.
If all else fails, offer a small reward of some sort for good bath-time behavior.

I can't believe no one caught on to this one. You know, I can take a joke, and all. But the reality of it is that 5 precious kids DIED at the hands of their mother. If you think that's funny, you need to make an appointment with a psychiatrist.
