my daughter starts 9th grade. i have disabilities so were looking for internet homeschool that we can afford.

Try www.ConnectionsAcademy.com(I'm not 100% they are in the area you are). They are considered 'Public School', but they provide you with everything including the computer. Check out the site and it will explain everything.
Personally I prefer to 'create' my own curriculum, but hey to each their own and whatever works for you and your daughter.
