The New World Translations of the Holy Scriptures has been translated into over 200 languages. It is the same Bible which all other Chrisitian religions use, only translated into modernday religion, then translated into 200 languages.

The Bible is the most widely distributed book in the world. Both Hebrew Scripture and the Christian Bible have been translated more times and into more languages — more than 2,100 languages in all — than any other book

Several thousand. But certainly not every language in the world.
Ethnologue (I don't recall its url at the moment) tends, for whatever reason, to list how much of the Bible has been translated into each language.
It's not the most widely-translated document, however. That's the UN Universal Declaration of Rights and Freedoms.

I'm not sure about the Bible, but some of Jesus' teachings have been translated into over 5000 languages.
