I live in Tunisia. I know that there are many language centers located throughout the country. Where exactly do you live? I know in Sousse, there is a big center that teaches over 10 different languages. There is also centers in all other major cities as well, and they are not expensive.

I know that they are offering it in the normal schools and universities now also because the brother of my sister-in-law is taking it as a course right now. We live in Monastir, if that makes any difference. If you take it while going to university, it costs nothing.

You can also try a few online courses, but they require credit cards payments, and if you live in Tunisia and have any credit card issued by a Tunisian bank, then you know your card is only valid in Tunisia and even excludes purchases over the net. The online courses that are free really aren't that helpful because they offer only limited training, nothing useful for fluent speaking.
