I Am seeking a career in nursing and want to know what is better, a bachelors or masters degree?

A batchelors degree is a 4 year degree or 130 hours of credit. A masters is the next step and involves an additional 60 hours. You can be a nurse with a Batchelors. A masters is just another step up the ladder.

You can't obtain a Master's degree without first getting a Bachelor's (Baccalaureate) degree. A Bachelor's requires 4 years of college. A Master's degree is sought afterward if you want to continue your education from there. This usually takes 2-4 years to complete. Not all colleges offer a Master's degree program.
If you want to go into Nursing, you first need to go to school and get your Bachelor's degree, or seek certification. I would do a search for 'Nursing programs' with colleges in your area and see what you find.

I bachelor's degree is usually 4 years of study. It is usually the opening degree for a professional career. As to whether you should have a bachelors or a masters (masters is post bachelor study program), it depends on what you want to do with your nursing degree.
If you want to teach, become a nursing supervisor, etc. then an advanced degree would help. It isn't, however, required to be a practicing nurse.

A Masters degree is always better, it takes longer to achieve but means more to employers. A Bachelors is a 4 year degree

Not sure what importance Masters might have in Nursing profession, unless you are into research and studies.
I think Bachelors can get the job done.
