I am looking for a picture of the Buffalo Soldiers Plaque which is at Arlington National Cemetery. I believe that the plaque was dedicated in 1998 but I am not totally sure. Any help that you could provide me would be very much appreciated.

Here is a page on Black History at Arlington Cemetery.
It mentions the Buffalo Soldiers plaque, but does not specify
where it is:

There are memorial trees in Section 22 (Kousa Dogwood) and Section 23 (Red Maple). That's the northern section of the cemetery, near the Spanish American War section. The mast of the USS Maine is there.

I found a story about the unveiling of the plaque in the Post -
It took place in September 1997.
