120/80 is the optimal blood presure to have. Anything between that and 130/90 is normal. Everything above that is high. Everything below that is low. High blood pressure may lead to heart attacks, diabetes, and other medical problems like stroke. To decrease your blood pressure excercise more. People who have high blood pressure usually have inherited it, or are overweight. If you are overweight, to decrease your bp you can lose weight. For every pound of fat, there are 3/4 of a mile of cappilaries that your heart must pump your blood through which puts extra stress on your heart. Having low blood pressure may cause you to feel faint or dizzy. If it is too low that means that your blood is not getting throughout your body quickly enough, perticulary to your head. To comensate for that, you may faint which puts your head in a better position for your heart to pump blood to it. If you faint, it is not a problem unless you hit something on your way down. If you faint, don't worry you should recover in a matter of minutes, as soon as our blood has been adaquitely circulated throughout your body.
