I'm moving to go to school at UGA, I didn't know if the girls down at UGA would be different than the ones in the Northeast. If so, what do you usually look for in a guy, how do guys dress down there, etc?

guy down here just dress very casual which is what the girls love a guy comes down here all dressed up and we are calling them a Yankee and tell them to go home. You need to be a gentleman woo that's what I love about my southern boys they are the sweetest around you don't get any kinder or anymore caring guy than a good down home country boy.

LOL! I really don't think southern guys dress any differently than anyone else.
But I can tell you that any girl, no matter where she's from wants a guy who can carry on an intelligent conversation, treat her like she's special, tell her that she's beautiful inside and out, remember the things she likes, and treat her like she cannot be replaced.

Normal dressing nothing to dressy and make us laugh and knows how to have a good time without drugs or alcohol
