yup... the word lovers is way over used just as the base word LOVE is... just a word to most ppl.... sad but true..... most men just do not get that love has very little to do with sex.... when they learn that then they will have graduated..... God bless

Care to hear a man's comment? Hope so, cuz here goes. Although I never called myself a lover...ever, I know many who have and ur absolutely right...they don't have a clue. What confuses me is of all the relationships I've been in where I've strived to build an aura of romance, never forgetting important dates, randomly bringing home gifts, cards, flowers, etc..., even setting up rooms with candles, wine, music, etc... to surprise my partner when she arrived home, and always putting her needs first, and holding her physical and emotional satisfaction (I never once finished first or rolled over and went to sleep) in the highest regard, it never seemed to be enough. I can't tell you how many times I heard the same line, "I just don't know how to handle being treated so nicely. All my boyfriends were jerks and treated me badly. I'm just not used to this." as they were heading out the door to go back to some abusive, inconsiderate, clueless ******. A few even married guys like this, knowing what they were like. WHY? If so many of you are looking for romance, why when it hits you over the head do you run and hide from it? I know your not all alike, just as all us men are not alike (some of us actually think with the bigger brain), but it is so frustrating to read so many comments agreeing with this question, when there are some great guys out here if you take the time to look.

Absolutely. Too many men think its all about themselves and the sex and having as many on the go as possible. The only man worth is worth the love of a good woman is a man who makes her feel the magic of romance every day.. women love romance!
