...you mean 60 million? Ya that's right!

Anyway.. Well, because I'm a big patriot.. I'm going to have to say I can't violate the U.S. Constitution.

The U.S. Constitution specifically something having to do with "persons" being born on American soil, no matter, race, color, sex, or lineage of illegal alien status.. they are U.S. Citizens.. So all those anchor babies.. they've got to stay.

Unfortunately, they're parents, if illegal have got to go. At least they know their child will be taken care of in a fostered facility till either 1) The children are old enough to declare citizenship of another country (particularily the country of next of kin origin), or legal age of that depending on the state, OR if the parent is to give up child custody to the United States, OR the illegal parents have obtained legal citizenship through the proper passages.

Yes, that may seem a lil odd.. but, those children are U.S. citizens and therefore must be treated as such, EVEN if they're parents dropped off 1 inch onto American soil.

But the government should of course grant visitations as usual.. I'm supporting the 90 day limit. It could be under a "dependent visitation visa".. I'll make up a cool name for it and call it the 2-1-DVV pronounced, (two-one-Dee-Double Vee). :)

And those of children that wish to support their children while abroad in their country of origin, should be paid a certain amount of money each year. That way, when the child becomes the age of 16, the child may sponsor both of his parents to becoming legal citizens. They can obtain a working visa, and renew it every 90 days or (87 days) and either live across the border and work legally in the U.S. after obtaining a green card.

If wanting to live deep in the heart of the United States, that is fine, however, they will need to renew their visa every 45 days or (42 days). That would be the safety margin..

The nations benefits are for citizens only, however through sponsorship, only the next of kin, (usually the mother) will receive a certain amount of pay every 3 months. Or one lump sum at the fiscal year.. usually in October .. so every year at the 3rd 3 month mark.

Other limitations and benefits may apply according to the child's (that is the sponsor's) or the direct dependent's situation.

Whomever else that does not apply to that, needs to go.. unless they have been here for 5 years. Then they should be allowed to apply for a working visa.. However, that too is established under many working orders...

Those who have actually applied for legalization, can be granted that benefit, all others must leave. If you have a child (that was born on American soil) under the age of the legal conscent in that state, you must follow the guidelines from one of the above.

Amnesty is not an option! It is not only unfair to other illegal immigrants who have been standing in line forever, but also to U.S. citizens especially.

I also believe that once we started deporting these people, and went thru our system accordingly and fixed it; somehow sped up the system a bit-- than that would eliminate an extra 3 to 5 year waiting time.

Therefore these people can get into the country finally and work for rightful, humane wages-- not for slavery pay. That's pathetic. Not only is that inhumane, but, selfish, and extremely arrogant!

People of course would need to prove that they're worthy of becoming a U.S. citizen. All those with mistaken values.. IE: Waving other flags around, so forth and so on-- that's fine. But I think Congress needs to establish a flag flying law. If it were up to me:

Picture a 10 ft. flagpole. U.S. flag at the very top, state flag under it, (besides Texas and Virginia of course) and all other nationality flags flown at half that 10 ft. pole, IE: 5 ft. or there abouts.

It's fine to show your heritage! That's what this place is all about! But, it ain't cool when you fly it at or higher than the American flag. If that's the way you feel, you don't belong here, and need to go back home for good. Go fly your flag at the highest it can go in your own country.

The purpose for you coming here was for a better life.. or am I missing something here?

There should be laws governing flags and flying them.. If violated, shall be punishable.. I'd say jail time. And I'd also say it's a felony. Specifically because thousands have died for this country. Doing so, flying your nations above our own, in our country is highly disrespectful! And those who do that, need to come to justice..

Okay, I'm done now fo' sho!!

None to stay. The tax savings will be huge. So I might pay 1 or 2 percent more for my groceries, because only a small percent of illegal aliens are actually working in agriculture (Don't consider the lawn or garden of the upper middle and upper-class in CO a farm, nor a private golf course in CA or AZ one either).

Simply put, Mexico has a human overpopulation problem-to many uneducated, poor people having to many kids. So the Mexican governments only solution is to export their overpopulation to the US. Mexico's economy receives billions of $$$ of income from illegals that send home money earned but not taxed in the US. The Mexican government (politicians) has (have) NO interest in stopping illegal immigration-it's a too much of a cash cow. Remember money is power.

America has enough people (`300,000,000 in 2006). Its not like we don't know how to make babies, it is just that Americans are realizing less is more. How long can our plant continue this human population growth? I see all immigration no longer nessacerry or needed. If you think America needs more people just take a trip India, China, or Mexico. I have been to these countries and it sucks.

The solution to removing all the illegals that are here is very simple:

1) Repeal the 14th Amendment. Which means that if a child is born in the US in order to be an US Citizen your parents must be US Citizens, and so if the parents are illigal so is the child. The original purpose of this Amendment was to make African slaves US Citizens after the Civil War, but never to allow for unchecked and uncontrolled immigration.

2) Overturn the Supreme Court decision (1982) that required federal, state, and local governments to provided public services; i.e., free public education to illegal alien children. What a benefit for breaking the law. That is like saying to an American Citizen if you cheat on income tax you get to go to college for free. It should be noted that most European countries give citizenship to a child based on the parent’s citizenship and not location of birth. It is time for US to update our laws or immigration loopholes.

3) After the first two items have been invoked (I year or so), go after all employers that hire illegal aliens with very high fines (50K to 100K) and jail (1 to 5 years) sentences. The laws are already on the books, they just need to be enforced.

4) Strong penalties for getting caught as an illegal alien. In short, and most important is that no citizenship can ever be obtained through illegal entrance to the US. And if caught, one may never be allow citizenship. Remember the amnesty thing was tried in 1986 with Ronald Regan and it obviously didn’t work or we wouldn’t have the illegal 15 million Mexican nationals that are here today. Amnesty in what ever from one wants to call it, is still at the end of the day the wrong approach.

Notice we have not hired one more border patrol agent, built any more fences, or placed more troops on the border. The Mexican nationals will start going home once they realizes there is no more jobs/money, free social programs (medical, education, food), and most important that no citizenship can ever be obtained through illegal entrance. And if caught, one may never be allow citizenship.

Illegal Immgration of Mexicans Nationals to US is not a real solution to Mexico's human overpopulation.

If It Was My Decision

I Would Make It Clear To The 20 Million+ ILLEGAL ALIENS
That They Had 90 Days
To Clear Out
With Their Possessions

After 90 Days,
Anyone Who Is ILLEGALLY In The Nation
Will Be Aggressively FOUND And DEPORTED In Handcuffs
With Nothing

Send them all home, and they can come back with the proper documentation. It really is as simple as that. I still do not understand why they are here illegally. Just get your papers and come on over. This country was founded on the principles of taking in depressed people looking for a better life, just go throught the correct channels and you will b e welcomed here with open arms. Without it, you will be booted with military force.

The honest thank you to handle an unlawful is to grant them a determination of being imprisoned or despatched homestead. in the event that they're ill while caught, grant medical interest and deliver the invoice to their Mexico handle it quite is the place they would be despatched next (or to reformatory, their determination). Employers of illegals could face an rather stiff penalty for abetting a criminal. My concepts on the situation could do with no longer something extra effective than that "unlawful" ingredient which you stated on your question. They (illegals) are the victims of their very own undesirable determination of coming here illegally.

Only those who went through the proper process for citizenship (which would be zero, given your question). I have no issues with legal immigration, but anyone who feels that they don't have to follow the proper legal channels to gain citizenship has not earned it.

It is called 'illegal' immigration for a reason. Should a person who breaks the law be permitted to continue doing so?

I would allow those that can prove to me that they have been hard workers, never got into trouble and a good source to our economy. If they have kids who were not born here, it would be easier to help them become citizens too.
Why 11,800,000?

anyone of them that has committed a crime must leave & no 3 meals a day in jail either. none can apply for public assistance w/o putting into the system first like unemployment & definitely a time limit no exceptions-that one goes for citizens too. after a probation period w/o any violations they can apply for residency/citizenship. they can continue to pay taxes, buy homes, cars, etc. like they have in the past. , & definitely enforcing border security & employer penalties so this doesn't happen again by any means.

NO. Id stick them in the military if I had the decision to. Id build a base for all the illegals and make them stay there unless they wanted to go back home. When they go to the base, Id use them overseas to fight enemys. Gotta make them pay for staying here somehow.....

The ones that are married to American citizens. Who are making lives in this country. And have not committed any other crimes, except crossing the border and being present without documents.
