The above is correct, exept that the man in charge of the commission now is Joel Campuzano.
The commission is responsible for the regulation of all professional boxing contests and exhibitions in the state of Illinois.They license all boxers, promoters, referees, judges, timekeepers, and ringside doctors.
To be on the commission you must be appointed by the governor I believe. This is probably very difficult.
