There's this guy at work and he's so cute and seems really sweet and i like him alot but how do i get him to like me back?

Don't be yourself fool! There is precise work and planning to do
-Do a little research as to what he likes or does then go talk to him and talk about your common interests. Is he single, looking? Get to know him from people who do.
-Get in his way, don't be too obvious at first, you'll look like you're too easy.
-wear something nice, look at him in the eyes
-Be the one to end the conversations - leaving him to want more
-Be a little touchy and sexy but not the first time.
-Don't be friends with him, flirt, not at first but as soon as you see him again
-Invite him to lunch or a drink after work, don't let it linger for days, get it going as soon as possible.
Guys are attracted to 2 things
-Girls they are physically or mentally attracted to
-Girls that like them. If you're good looking and show interest, this will turn the guy on and he'll show interest. Might be looking for a quick fix, but it can go anywhere if you play your cards rights
And "Be yourself" is just another way of saying that you can't plan it or improve on something. You shouldn't become something you're not but you should work on things you want/need to change about yourself. You study for school; you don't go in a exam as a tourist, same thing in dating, sex and life.

Just go over their and talk to him ask what is his name even though you know it already. Tell him what you're name is! Tell him his name is so sweet. And maybe he will ask you the next day or anytme to go out. I had the same thing happen to me.
He said if i wanted to go out with him and i said sure. He turned around and i heard him say yes. And now we are dating. I love him and he loves me!OH and i also said Do you have a gf and he said no.

you just have to be friendly to him and be yourself. there is no point in trying to be someone other than yourself or acting in a way different than you normally do.
because if he doesn't like you for who you are, then he's not the right guy for you, and you guys are just wasting each other's precious time.
however, if he does like you for being you, you have the beautiful feeling of knowing someone likes you for who you really are.
just be nice and friendly, but not too much so. (don't make him uncomfortable or overwhelm him)

I don't know if you can make someone like you if you are not your self. otherwise he wont like you...just the person you become. and who knows...maybe he already likes you. ask him, Who knows(besides God) what will happen next.
