I remember snoballs, they were also pink and white with coconut over a chocolate cake with white creme. I am thinking of a different cookie. No filling inside. Small than snoballs. I think they were made by Nabisco.

I believe those were called Snoballs and they were made by Hostess. I put a link below in case you want to try to make your own.

Yup..the others are right! It is a snowball..and yah they are some good! I know a company down here named "Holsums" used to make them. Not good for the waistline...but who cares!
