YOU should NOT have Siamese kittens or any kittens if you do not understand that PLAYING is what they do! Specially TWO of them! WHAT WHERE YOU THINKING?!
But now that you have them try playing with them! And get lots of things they can play with alone like a TREE not one that grows but a TOWER like thing with platforms and scratching posts...
You can either buy one or create your own!
GOOD LORD ! Would you throw water on children who are playing?! How did you choose cats and NOT know that they are extremely playful! and TWO of them no less!
Oh I know you saw how peaceful they looked in the shop?
HAHAH!
Sucker!
I am sorry folks but I am disturbed by people buying pets and then getting surprised when they ACT NATURAL!
HELLO! SURPRISE YOU JUST BOUGHT TWO KITTENS THEY ARE GOING TO TEAR YOUR HOUSE APART!

Bloody Hell, the lack of education in this world today!

Well kittens can't help themselves from being hyper. You were probably a hyper kid but I bet your mom didn't throw water on you? If there so hyper you should play with them. So they won't have a lot of energy to be bad. Maybe give them a bit of catnip to keep them occupied. You need to learn that cats are hyper. You shouldn't of bought it......

Look, first of all kittens are going to be playful...they are still babies! Get them some little cat toys to play with. If you keep throwing water on them now, then what do you plan to do when they're older (also, how many do you intend to keep?)and really get you annoyed?

they are just acting like kittens if it is too much and they are overdoing it you can put them in a time out for like 10 mins or so by putting them in their crate. long run get a large dog crate, that is big enough to put a small litterbox and you can put them in there for a longer time it works well for over night if they are keeping you up. when you get them fixed they will calm down some and as they get older they will calm down as well. I would suggest you get them fixed next month, usually 6 months is a good time to get them fixed if you wait too long then they might start spraying and once they start even after getting them nutered they might continue to spray. getting them nutered before they start spraying that pretty much garentees they won't start.

Instead of throwing water on them spend some time playing with them. Get one of those laser lights and let them chase it to their hearts content. Or roll up some foil into little balls (Not small enough to swallow) and toss them around and watch them "hunt" them down. This behavior is instinct to a cat and is perfectly normal. Be glad they have each other to play with or else they would be attacking you instead! Please let them be kittens.

Get some kind of a squirt bottle and just spritz them when they start to act up. It works.
