That used to happen to me all the time! I just soaked clothing in detergent for a while before I put them in the washer.
Maybe you can use Shout, or another pre wash agent before you wash.
But, definitely get the pads to wear under your bra to soak it up before it gets to the that point.
Awwww...the wonders of childbirth!

Try wetting the stain and rub in meat tenderizer. Let it set for 15-20 minutes then wash. This will break down the proteins of the stain and it should disappear. Another trick I found works well on our family stains is 1/4 cup Clorox 2 mixed with 1/4 cup dishwasher soap and 1/2 gallon - 1 gallon water. The sit until the stain disappears, normally a few hours but depending on the stain can take overnight. Some need washed and re-soaked, but your milk stains should only take an hour or so.

Just use Spry n Wash. And go get some disposable bra liners to tuck in your bra. That way the milk won't leak through to your clothes. They are usually located in the baby section with all the botlles and other nursing supplies. Some are plastic lined and you can throw them away, and some are made of thick cloth like materail that you toss in the wash and reuse. I preferred the cloth ones but they are a little more expensive.

We nursing pads in your bras for now. Some women only leak early on, others leak the whole time they are nursing. With all three of mine, leaking slowed down or stopped after the first 6 weeks or so.
Try oxyclean for the stains.

Its because of the richness of the nutrients. My wife had to wear pads to absorb it. (prevention).
Same thing happens when your infant pukes it all back up on you. (Thus the need to have a towell on your shoulder).
Wear cheap clothes. Look for spray and wash type products that will "remove" blood stains etc.

I never had this problem . I always used nursing pads that were adhesive on one side so I could stick them to my bra and they wouldn't move.
