The cats deficate in the flower beds and you can imagine what my dogs do. If I can't keeps the cats away, how can I stop my dogs from partaking of their leavings?

try powdered cayan pepper & water mix & spray it in your garden, it will not affect your flowers or plants, but keep them out & it also keeps bugs away from it too! Hope this helps!

There is a simple device that you can attach to a water hose that is motion activated. Whenever the device detects motion it sets off a sprayer that showers the area you have it set up in. I have seen this device used for exactly the purpose you describe. I have never used one myself and as a result don't know where to get it. You might try a Goggle search. Best wishes.

fences wont work, so put some very strong veggie down like a onions or chili peppers, or buy a pellet gun and shoot them. or, for the crueler way, u can call the police and have it put down on its 3rd offence.

set out some anti-freeze in a bowl and the cats will drink it and die just dont let your dog get into it

powered hot pepper , cures all of the problems with both cats and dogs.
