DO NOT USE ANY RECIPES THAT CALL FOR SUGAR IN THE COPY CAT BISQUICK MIXTURE. THERE IS NO SUGAR IN BISQUICK. THIS COULD ALTER THE WHOLE RECIPE IF YOU DO.
Now to answer your question. I don't think there is any bisquick in the UK but here is a recipe for it.
Bisquick Recipe
Run out of bisquick mix? No problem! Here's a great copy cat of the famous mix.
5 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 tablespoons baking powder
1 cup vegetable shortening
Makes 6 cups
Mix all ingredients well until crumbly.
Keep in a sealed container on shelf until ready to use.

Bisquick is a baking mix used to make bicuits, pancakes or other recipes. If you cant buy it in the UK here is a Copycat recipe that works just as well in your recipes.also try out this website for more bisquick recipes

Copycat Bisquick Mix
Servings [Reset] Keys : Biscuits Copycat
Ingredients :
6 cup Flour
3 tbl Baking Powder
3 tbl Sugar Or Art Sweetener
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Crisco
Method :
1. In a roomy mixing bowl combine the dry ingredients thoroughly. I sift my mixture together about 6 to 8 times and then work in the Crisco. When I work with "cutting-in" a mixture like this, I find that my fingers do a better job than the pastry blender or two forks, as so often recommended by
Pinch the Crisco into the dry mixture, pressing it between your fingers, over and over, until the mixture is the consistency of very fine gravel.
Store in a tightly covered container at room temperature up to 4 months.
But it is a good idea to tape 2 to 3 whole dry bay leaves to the inside of the lid which wards any little bug-like creatures considering setting up housekeeping in your biscuit mix.

Bisquick is a dry product that is a mix of flour, baking soda and some other stuff that allows you to whip up biscuits, pancakes and other stuff more conveniently.
If you can't find it in any supermarkets in the UK, try this recipe that I found online as a "Bisquick" substitute. It worked great for me. The link is below.

Bisquick is a mix to make biscuits with. You just add milk usually. Here's a link to the website. http://www.generalmills.com/corporate/brands/brand.aspx?catID=51
You can find recipes all over the net too. If you cannot find it in the UK, here is the copy cat recipe if you want to make it yourself. I make it myself, it's the same and it's very inexpensive as well.
Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
5 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
5 tablespoons Solid shortening
3 tablespoons Unsalted butter -- cut up
Directions:
In a large bowl whisk together dry ingredients.
With electric mixer on low or #2 of a 3 speed mixer, cut in fats until uniform in texture and fat particles are no longer visible. Remove from mixer.
Divide among 3 air tight containers. A batch is scant 2 c.
Keep refrigerated for up to one month.
Recipe is easily doubled, tripled, etc.
This recipe for Biscuit Mix (All Purpose Baking Mix) serves/makes 3 batches

Bisquick is pancake mix, but unfortunately I don't know where to get in in the UK. Maybe you have some comparable type of pancake mix there.

Waitrose carries it in their on-line ordering partner Ocado. That's where I bought mine.
Bisquick is a multipurpose baking mix for making things like American style pancakes, southern-states type biscuits (savoury scones).

In the above link you will find other ideas for using up the rest of the mix in the box. It's an American pantry staple to have bisquick around - hope you like it!!

The larger grocery stores in London sell it but in general you cannot get it here, our version of pancake mix isn't the same.
I've used bisquick (I got it off the U.S airbase nearby) and it is totally different to any of the mixes we get here. Sorry I can't be any more help but the manager of your local supermarket may be able to order some in for you
